忽然很想写点什么,写点心情,写点生活。这几周过得相当丰富,于我而言。因为我能够不断的让自己新城代谢,让自己更新换代,不沉溺于过往,向往着未来。坚持的跳绳,坚持的普拉提,坚持的羽毛球,坚持的奶茶,坚持的喝水,坚持的让自己理性消费。虽然我有一生可以浪费,但我希望我能够清醒的浪费。这几天有点点看清自己未来想做的事情了,偏向quant的consulting,顶级大公司,和聪明人成为同事。我越来越能够感受到一个好平台的重要性了,即便是凤尾,那也要撑着进去呀。我是一个很擅长从身边的朋友身上学习的人,所以呀,如果身边的人都是优秀的,那我也一定不会差到哪里去。就像有些人生来可能就已经是很多人一生都难以企及的顶峰了,但,人不能没有目的,没有目标的活着。即便那是虚无缥缈的东西,那也会成为一种信念一样的东西,照亮前行的路。
真的好开心,拿到了最想去的项目的offer!还是第一个拿到的!完全不用纠结了。毛老师经常说一切都是上天最好的安排,希望如此吧。毕竟平台的重要性我也清楚地认识到了,感觉明后年又是飞速成长的两年。虽然在一个行业达到前1%很难,但在三个行业达到前10%我还是可以的!
这一周从莫名其妙的bloomberg breakfast brief开始,参加了unilever的大佬的宣讲会,继续和晓晓的羽毛球,普拉提,看完了《the McKinsey way》周日也完成了一周一次的练琴,还是挺开心的。下周目标,f8的练习题做完一遍,把简历搞一搞,为暑假做准备。
这几天一直在单曲循环《一生等你》。喜欢。

1.thinking: In order to build the solution, there are three main points-fact-based, rigidly structured, hypothesis-driven. MECE(stands for 'mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive')-maximum clarity, minimum confusion, maximum completeness, in terms of issues, three is the best, or at least no more than five. Defining, generating and testing (issue trees) hypothesis,80/20 rule(allocation), find our the key driver, elevator (30 seconds) selling solutions, be honest to the questions (say ' I do not know')
2.working: the selling process-be there, at the right time, structuring an engagement, keep the team's temperature to maintain morale, doing research-start with the annual report, look for outliers, and look for best practice.
3.selling solutions: when interviewing someone, try to avoid talking too much but let them talk, be prepared to listen and show your interest.
