一套tween算法代码

最近正在写一个自己的效果库(m_action.js:包含一系列的窗口,div的特效),也一直想研究下tween的算法,在网上看到了js牛人cloudgamer的一套tween算法代码,特别收藏下来,哈哈,好好学习,天天放假。代码贴出来:
