oracle连接问题

当遇到如下问题：

1.The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
2.ora-01034:oracle   not   available
ora-27101:shared   mermory   realm   does   not   exist

首先查看oracle所需服务是否启动，如果已启动仍出现这种问题，可以使用Database Configuration Assistant删除数据库实例，然后重新创建数据库就可以了。
