WAY: The way is large companies broken down into various small scale companies;

WHY: 1,Some well known biggest companys dragged down the US entire stock market.  Like Citibank,GM Who is push
       the stock down very quick. Every one  pay close attention well known biggest companys financial status,so that is
       main element why US stock drawdown very soon.
    2,China pre-republic people army(Eighth Route army and Guerrilla) are very better use this way ,put the whole organization into small units,
      when they face the  enormous threat to save the primary power , Strong team  would quickly rebuild after risk attack.
      Have an old Chinese words " long divided, must unite; long united, must divide".

HOW TO: The US. govermance should not be use money to buy the biggest company,they need to do just to use
        the resource and cash to help and lead the biggest company into smaller companies. It will
        give the more career opportunities and remove the bureaucracy of large companies in order to become vibrant and strong creativity.

通用，花旗银行等。大家都在看这些超大公司的经济状况。这些超大公司的动作不好成为拖累美国股票大跌的主要因素之一。

    中国有话老话“合久必分，分久必合”；八路军和游击队在遇大强大的敌人，面对巨大的威胁时，都会把整个组织分解成小股部队，
分散突围，保留有生力量。队伍在等到危机过后都能得到迅速的重建。

    美国当前不应该是如何出钱收购这些大公司，而是将资源和现金拿到资助和组织大公司分解成比较小规模的公司，这样既能创造更多
的职业机会，又能去掉大公司的官僚主义，从而变得生机勃勃和强大的创造力。
