Android8.0恢复出厂设置失败-BroadcastQueue: Background execution not allowed

Android7.0恢复出厂设置调用下面的代码可正常恢复出厂

Android8.0调用后发现失败查看日志:

报错为不允许执行,但是android8.0设置可以正常执行恢复出厂设置

查看android8.0源码,发现恢复出厂设置的代码有所更改
