Growth After Joining In 007

I joined in the 007 group in May 6th and got into class 11. August 20th is the 100th day of class 11,so I write this for my growth in the past three months.

Let me briefly describe three obvious changes.

First:geting up early. I used to punch every morning, but I didn't get up early at the fixed time,most of the time I got up around 7:30, occasionally around 6:00, and sometimes even at 10:00.When I joined in the 007 group, I got up early with a group of morning people. After a month, I was able to get up at 5:00 on time, and now I could almost get up at 4:00.

Second:running. I hardly ever exercise when I was in college. And I haven't been exercising since I graduated. I haven't exercised for more than 10 years.I found a lot of people running in the 007 group, such as our monitor of class 11, he set up a running group. In such an environment, it's a bit difficult to do without running. So, I started running 3 kilometers, after running, I was out of breath, my knees and legs were very painful, walking difficult. But before long I was able to run 5 kilometers, and now I can run 5 kilometers easily.I'm growing little by little while I'm exercising.I used to catch colds and coughs, but never since I started running.

Third:speaking English every day.  I haven't studied English for more than 10 years,and my English level has always been in junior high school.Since Sera's guidance, I've been looking for an English learning program for me.Then I found the primary oral English in the Qingclass. Now I speak English in the Qingclass every day for more than one month.Although the content is very simple, but I progress every day, and I gradually develop the habit of speaking English every day.

I believe there will be more changes in the future. In 007, growth is multidimensional.

5月6日加入007,进了11班。8月20日,11班起航就满100天了,我也提前复盘一下这三个多月的成长。

简单说三个比较明显的的改变。

一、早起。以前虽然也每天早上打卡,但是并不固定几点起床,大多数时候是7:30左右起床,偶尔6:00左右,而有时候甚至10:00才起来。进了007,和一群晨型人拼早起,一个多月居然练成了轻松地5:00准时起床,而现在,居然快可以固定4:00起床了。

二、跑步。读大学的时候几乎没有锻炼,毕业后更是从来不锻炼,也就是10多年没锻炼身体了。007很多人跑步,比如我们11班班长就是一个,他还组建了一个跑团。在这样的环境下,想不跑真的有点难度,于是从最初的跑3公里已经气喘吁吁,膝盖和大小腿疼得走路都困难,到能够跑5公里,再到现在跑5公里也还算轻松,在锻炼的路上一点一点地成长。以前经常感冒咳嗽,自从开始跑步到现在,再没有过。

三、天天说英语。英语也是荒废10多年了,一直认为自己英语停留在初中水平。自从Sera指导后,我也在打磨适合自己的英语学习方案,然后找到了轻课里面的初级口语,到现在天天在轻课里跟着说英语也有一个多月了。虽然内容比较简单,但是每天都是进步,而且逐步养成了天天说英语的习惯。

相信以后的日子,还会有其他方面的改变,在007,成长是多维的。
