GET传参id以及uname，POST传参passwd，要求id=margin，然后uname以及passwd不相等，但是sha1加密后需要相等，这里sha1只对字符串加密，不对数组加密。

 GET['a'],如果传入？a[]=1 ，GET可以接受数组。
