In our town, during the Spring Festival, we will make the red glutinous rice dumpling, which is called "YangMei", brown sugar fillings.It looks like amplifying waxberry,having a beautiful red coat,which gives it the name. When it is cooked, the stuffing of the brown sugar in the "YangMei" melts into sugar water. At the same time, glutinous rice becomes sweet and soft. When you take a bite, the brown sugar water will overflow from the glutinous rice dumpling.The glutinous rice is delicious and chewy.I believe that you will fall in love with the taste.What's more,its red look brings a sense of celebration,which is popular during the Spring Festival.

每个人的家乡都会有一些独特的美食吧!接下来就让我来介绍一下我家乡过春节时的一种美食吧!在我们家乡的春节期间,家里的长辈们都会聚到一起来做一种被称为“杨梅”的红色的糯米团子,这种糯米团子做的时候里面是固态的红糖馅,主要成分是红糖,也有一些白糖、芝麻等等。正是因为这种红色糯米团子看起来很像是放大了的红杨梅,像是披上了一层红艳美丽的外衣,所以就被赋予了这个美丽的名字。这种糯米团子做好后是放在蒸笼里蒸熟的,蒸熟后它里面的红糖馅就会因为高温而化为浓稠的红糖水。与此同时,它外层的糯米层也会变得又香又软,富有黏性和嚼劲。做好之后,你只要轻轻地咬上一口,糯米团子里的浓浓红糖水就会满溢出来,那种香甜就会迅速溢满你的整张嘴,外面的糯米也美味而有嚼劲,这样的搭配给味蕾带来了极大的福利。我相信,你一定会立刻爱上这种味道,实在是美味而又独特。除此之外呢,红色一直是我们中国人眼中最喜庆的颜色,象征着红红火火的生活。这表面红艳的“杨梅”也是带来了喜庆的感觉,也寄予了我们美好的新年愿望,给我们带来甜蜜的感觉,特别适合过春节的时候大家聚在一起来享受这份独特的美味呢!所以这种红色的糯米团子“杨梅”在我的家乡春节时期可是非常的受欢迎呢!
