a few thoughts

Try to approach every person that you meet as an individual rather than a walking stereotype, and you will be well received. (This is good advice for travelling anywhere, really).

Stop giving all of your energy to romantic relationships and just develop yourself.

Taking a break allows your brain to keep the problem top of mind, focus better, and easily access the information to solve the problem faster.
