• 3 表示：strong smoothing（渲染效果最重）

如果想恢复到原来的状态，可以执行：

defaults -currentHost delete -globalDomain AppleFontSmoothing

更改截图格式 png 为 jpg

defaults write com.apple.screencapture type jpg

目的在于减小截图生成的图片体积。
