A Lovely Dinner

It’s not a special day today. Last night my husband said that he never had fish head in US. He remembers the fish dish he saw in China was a whole fish and the head was still on. He’s curious how the taste was of fish head! I told him that the popular fish head in China was chili fish head by steaming and put Sooo much chili! It’s spicy and very taste.

My husband is not a fish person but he really love the spicy fish from the Chinese Sichuan Restaurant. Every few weeks, he would recommend to have dinner there on Saturday night. He loves spicy fish.

I bought a whole fish this Tuesday, thinking that I missed the stew fish very much and may cook some time this week. We finished all the meat in the fridge and this was the last we had! I marinated the fish with salt and pepper for half hour, put rice into rice cooker and prepared salad. It’s such an enjoyment to be busy in the kitchen. I fried the fish firstly, then mix with ginger, garlic and turmeric, frying with Tofu, finally put water mixed with flour to cook for 20mim. The turnout was so goo.

The dinner was great and my husband liked it. Today is a great day with a wonderful dinner made the day!
