march the six  ,7:30 -9:00 washing face brush teeth, running ,have a breakfast , take a seat with wife about fifteen minues,

9：00—11:30  blockchain and  kowleage about zcash, about a half and an hour ,then ,take a rest ,read a ficton story,

11：30—1：OO after lunch , take a walk to shopping mall , milk with tea  .  learn english to 2:00,  and sleep until to 2:30

till to learn english until 3:40 pm  next  i went to my youngest son school. back home at 4:30 , i go on to watch english youtobe program,

until 5:30  have a dinner ,6:00pm learn english and have a class, 8:00  watch agian 8:30 _9:30 wash face and wash feet . play with my son 15minutes ,

7--11.30    12-13    13-5:30    6--10:30  4.5+4.5+4.5=13.5  just use english  and lerning english 3.5hour other time can use english ,lerning konwleage and blockchain and business togather
