1.本书如何定义有效教学和有效教师?你同意这种观点么?为什么?

The effective teacher is 1 who is it going about intended learning outcomes.

The 2 critical dimensions of effective teaching are intent and achievement.

We Cannot deny the Close connection between the effective teacher and the effective teaching.But sometimes we can not Ignore other factors Which can also affect the result of teaching.

2.有效教学需要教师具备哪些能力?你如何评价自己在这些方面的能力?

First of all,

I think for the first 1 it is vital for a teacher and I think sometimes I'm lack of some theory knowledge. But now I try my best to learn some.On the other hand, I really agree with the idea Theories sometimes are not internalize.I mean it it is really not easy for us to put some theory into practice correctly and properly.

And for the second 1, I think, Most of the time I try my best to be reasonable in my working if I I'm emotional sometimes. I will Remind myself.But that is not enough I know.

Number 3 is in knowledge in the subject matter to be taught is of course very important, especially the ability to transfer some content knowledge into the combination of knowledge and pedagogy.

Number 4 teaching skills… Sometimess I didn't attach enough importance to these Because of some trifles we must deal with.

3.反思型教学有什么特点?

Reflective teaching Involves both logic and emotion, Considers underlying assumptions and Moral and ethical issues.

4.教师在日常教学中有哪些反思的方式?其中有你常用的么?接下来你打算试试哪种/哪些?

Teaching journal. Video recordings.Teaching portfolios And colleagues.

I use teaching journal and video recording.I have teaching portfolios but It seems that I didn't make full use of them to reflect on my teaching practices.That's my next step.

5.哪些因素会影响教学决策的制定?其中哪种是目前最困扰你的?

Poverty, racial, ethnic and cultural diversity.gender。Personal practical knowledge.And other instructors.
