maven -- 解决“Could not calculate build plan”问题

Error code 407, Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. ) log4j-test01 Unknown Maven Problem

windows环境下：

（1）将C:\User.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\plugins\maven-deploy-plugin目录下的文件夹删除，

（2）然后右击项目Maven4MyEclipse->Update Project->Update Dependencies（选择强制更新）

Mac环境下：
在系统偏好配置的maven ->userSettings 下
修改本地仓库 改到 /用户/software/m3_repository 仓库，不要使用默认的库
