产品简介：Sulfo Cyanine3-DA, also known as sulfonated Cy3, is a water-soluble dye that solves the problem of Cy3 being insoluble in water. Compared with traditional Cy3, the spectral properties of sulfonated Cy3 are similar, which means that it can emit bright orange fluorescence under a fluorescence microscope, making it widely used in biological experiments. More importantly, the fluorescence brightness of sulfonated Cy3 is excellent and insensitive to pH value. This enables stable observation of its fluorescence signal on most fluorescence instruments. Usually, we use a laser beam of 530nm-561nm to excite sulfonated Cy3, and then observe its fluorescence through TRITC (tetramethylrhodamine) filters. This configuration allows sulfonated Cy3 to perform well under various experimental conditions.In addition, compared with other dyes, the background fluorescence of the sample labeled with sulfonated Cy3 is lower, which makes the experimental results clearer. Whether it is labeling biological molecules such as proteins, antibodies, peptides, or nucleic acids,sulfonated Cy3 can play a good role.
