    我们以为讨厌我们的工作,但是业余时间如果浪费在做一些无趣的事情,也会让我们不开心,还不如工作。所以比较重要的事情最好是找个喜欢工作。
    工作后做一些自己想做没有压力的事情其实也挺开心的。
    不应该把意义放在ED上!找到更多的意义!
  • 冥想真的有助于大脑的重新塑造!
  • 我们不是根据实际情况判定我们是否会happy,是由于reference point决定我们是否happy。
  • 找一个可以体会到Flow的工作

Week 1: MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT HAPPINESS

我们以为我休闲会让我们开心,但是因为休闲没有挑战,事实没有让我们很开心。
工作时候我们总是想要休闲,但是工作让我们感受到挑战也让我们完成一些事情,会给我们成就感,会让我们觉得幸福。
我们以为会给我们幸福的东西不一定真的给我们幸福。
