My Discussion
In my opinion, I am not afraid change but I cannot, I always think that is because of some practical situations. In fact, I might be just stuck in my memories of the past or I am not adapting to the present. We have so much choice everyday but we do not realized that. The book helped with controlling feelings of fear in regards to change. I have more confidence in myself and don't see failure as something bad anymore.
I do not know my change -good or bad-, I just move on. That's Life.

我一直都想改变但是总觉得因为现实原因导致自己无法改变。思考之后,我认为是我过于执着过去的回忆导致不可以活在当下。人生总是有很多的选择,但是我们往往会忽视这些选择。这本书有帮助我重新正面看待这个问题。我做出了选择,不知道结果是好是坏,但是我决定向前走,这就是生活。
