sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev
sudo apt-get install libleveldb-dev
sudo apt-get install libsnappy-dev
sudo apt-get install libopencv-dev
sudo apt-get install libhdf5-serial-dev
sudo apt-get install protobuf-compiler
sudo apt-get install libgflags-dev
sudo apt-get install libgoogle-glog-dev
sudo apt-get install liblmdb-dev
sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
sudo apt-get install python-pip
sudo apt-get install gfortran
sudo apt-get install python-protobuf
sudo apt-get install python-skimage
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install git cmake

1)下载caffe

git clone https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git

Makefile.config

首先将Makefile.config.example的内容复制并改名为Makefile.config,然后使用gedit打开Makefile.config,去掉注释(四角星)和修改(√)如下:

    USE_CUDNN := 1
    USE_OPENCV := 3
    CUSTOM_CXX := g++
    WITH_PYTHON_LAYER := 1
    PYTHON_INCLUDE := /usr/include/python3.5m \ /usr/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/numpy/core/include(选择自己需要的python路径)

    CUDA_DIR := /usr/local/cuda-8.0
    INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
    LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial

#NVCCFLAGS += -ccbin=$(CXX) -Xcompiler -fPIC $(COMMON_FLAGS) 改为
NVCCFLAGS += -D_FORCE_INLINES -ccbin=$(CXX) -Xcompiler -fPIC $(COMMON_FLAGS)

#LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m 改为
LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m hdf5_serial_hl hdf5_serial

LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf leveldb snappy \

lmdb boost_system boost_filesystem hdf5_hl hdf5 m \

opencv_core opencv_highgui opencv_imgproc opencv_imgcodecs opencv_videoio

4)修改 /usr/local/cuda/include/host_config.h 文件中的语句如下,就是加了一个双斜杠:

    //#error-- unsupported GNU version! gcc versions later than 4.9 are not supported!

5)编译caffe

    make pycaffe -j8
    make all -j8
    make test -j8
    make runtest -j8
6)python
export PYTHONPATH=/home/xx/xx/caffe/python:$PYTHONPATH

按照上面编译之后import caffe 出现affe.so: undefined symbol: _ZN5boost6python6detail11init_moduleER11PyModuleDefPFvvE

PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python python2.7

 这样编译就出现新的错误,/usr/bin/ld: 找不到 -lboost_python35

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev

修改make.config文件, 将PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python3 python3.5m注释去掉,并修改为PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python-py36 python3.6m. 重新编译即可。

/usr/bin/ld: 找不到 -lboost_python35
/usr/bin/ld: 找不到 -lpython3.5m
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:586: recipe for target '.build_release/lib/libcaffe.so.1.0.0' failed
make: *** [.build_release/lib/libcaffe.so.1.0.0] Error 1

还是会出现跟修改makefile2.7>3.6的错误

我又编译一下boost,且把makefile改为了PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python36 python3.6m(感觉这也要加一个python3.6m 和makeconfig中的改为PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python-py36 python3.6m

(2) 解压: unzip boost_1_71_0.zip
(3) 进入boost_1_71_0, 执行如下命令:
	(a) ./bootstrap.sh --with-libraries=all --with-toolset=gcc
	(b) ./b2  #我用的这个./b2 cflags='-fPIC' cxxflags='-fPIC' --with-python include="/qp/3rd/anaconda3/include/python3.6m/"
	(c) sudo ./b2 install
	(d) sudo ldconfig

make pycaffe -j8
    make all -j8
    make test -j8
    make runtest -j8

Ubuntu18.04 编译caffe到anaconda环境(anaconda3.5.2.0,python3.6)_第1张图片

Ubuntu18.04 编译caffe到anaconda环境(anaconda3.5.2.0,python3.6)_第2张图片

./include/caffe/util/cudnn.hpp
./include/caffe/layers/cudnn_conv_layer.hpp
./include/caffe/layers/cudnn_relu_layer.hpp
./include/caffe/layers/cudnn_sigmoid_layer.hpp
./include/caffe/layers/cudnn_tanh_layer.hpp

./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_conv_layer.cpp
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_conv_layer.cu
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_relu_layer.cpp
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_relu_layer.cu
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_sigmoid_layer.cpp
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_sigmoid_layer.cu
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_tanh_layer.cpp
./src/caffe/layers/cudnn_tanh_layer.cu
